If you have a problem, please first check that you are running the latest edition of Read-a-Card, by clicking on the 'About' tab then clicking on the 'Check for updates' link.

Please check the user guide and installation instructions

The user guide for your edition of Read-a-Card can be called up by clicking on the ‘Help’ button on the bottom left hand corner of the Read-a-Card screen. It is also on the Read-a-Card CD.

Note: you need Adobe Acrobat reader on your PC to view the user guide. Most modern PCs have this pre-installed. If you get a message indicating that the file format is not recognised, please visit the Adobe web site to download and install it.
